Fruit is Freeze Dried first, then Milled to desired granular size spec, this product has a high content of powder, due to the delicate nature of the freeze dried fruit, blended with either 5mm, 10mm or 15mm size pieces.
Slice/Segment
Fruit is prepared fresh, then freeze dried, creating perfectly preserved crunchy pieces
